2. Why is it necessary to provide the following personal data?
To be eligible to submit a community complaint, all complaints must come from a complainant who accepts legal, moral and financial responsibility for the veracity of the information provided in the product, service or any other complaint.

3. Community contribution
The Adhoc.Support advocacy community will launch its electronic complaint submission system for a period of 3 months, with a one-off contribution to join the community of £8, from 7 November 2022. During the 3 months test period, the aim is to achieve growth of the system. Join us!
Within the one-time membership contribution, the use of our community's electronic systems is subject to fair use conditions and we provide the possibility to submit complaints under these conditions: for individuals, for non-commercial purposes.
A complaint, whether it is about a product or a service, becomes a common force when its high number results in a high profile and an opportunity for legal action, where the power of the community is at stake for the benefit of many Adhoc.Support community users.
Complaints submitted to us are monitored by electronic processing and human analysis, whereby we provide substantive feedback in cases where there is an explicit user request at the time of the complaint. This is not individual complaint handling, but a way of responding to mass complaints in a meaningful and timely manner.
The contribution required to ensure progress is £8 per month for all members who complain in our community. Information on how to pay this amount will be provided to our community members in a periodic newsletter after the end of the test period. During the test period, this amount will be financed by the community operator.
The power of our community is that we can provide better problem-solving and more preventive warnings to prevent future complaints by analysing the complaints submitted in a meaningful way. The members of our community - including you personally - have a huge role to play: both by paying your contribution and by your individual support or personal referral.
